When might you need a Kit?
Our kits are ideal for when you want to offer a personalized experience and you don’t have a very large budget or a lot of time before your event.
You can deploy one or more kits at your events, trade shows, physical showrooms, in your store or at the reception of your headquarters.

They can be physical or phygital by combining the physical and digital worlds, with a layer of augmented reality (AR) for instance.

Depending on your goals, we’ll work with you to determine the experience you can offer your audience thanks to our kits. In general, they serve to enliven your events, attract the public and to make a lasting impression.
Here are a few examples of the different forms our systems can take:
- A totem photo booth with Augmented Reality (AR) and photo sharing on social media and/or photo printing.
- An immersive booth with AR and video sharing on social media
- An informational immersive screen with AR (questions, information),
- A simple interactive model
- A running game with questions, answers and a scoreboard…
Practicalities
Our experiential kits don’t require much time to set up.
Once we’ve determined your desired kit together, we customize its content to the image of your company (logo, color, typeface…). We adjust the texts (questions and answers) and then deliver the system or the app (depending on the experience).
Due to the unique nature of each project, the information below is provided as a general guideline:
Minimum budget: 5k€
Minimum deadline: 1 week to 1 month, it all depends on your project so let’s talk about it!

We determine the kit that best suits your needs and present it to you. We personalize it as soon as we receive the relevant information and then the kit is delivered to you ready to use or we install it directly on site.

What is the difference between kits and tailor-made experiences?
With our kits, we provide proven devices that can be customized quickly and easily.
Each kit has a defined format and experience mechanic, which you then customize (texts, brand guidelines…).
It is not about creating a tailor-made experience from A to Z, with content made for the occasion, technology development, AI… not to mention that the budget and time required are much lower.

These kits are designed to give you as much autonomy as possible, but SoWhen? can take care of the installation if needed.
If we want a permanent installation, do you keep it up to date?
From the start, we can plan content updates.

When we no longer need the device, do you collect it?
